My credit report is labeled deceased for almost a year and the reporting agency still reports it. I sent them dispute letters, confirmation from SSA, stating that they are reporting me correctly and a lot of other proofs, but they didn’t even give me any response, neither negative nor positive. I tried to apply for loans and send them the denials as a proof to but regarding the fact that they didn’t react, I plan to take my case to the court. Is this the best option or I should continue trying to dispute? Is a lawsuit an expensive process?

nice
In case of an equifax dispute deceased report that is ignored by the credit reporting agency, you might be eligible for a lawsuit. It’s not expensive, moreover you might get compensation if you won the case. i suggest you get in touch with an attorney that can explain you what is better for you, a dispute or lawsuit.
