Check this Fix and Flip Project that we completed and Sold in August 2021 in Phoenix. We found this deal directly from our Absentee Owner List in Phoenix. After locking up this deal and a few investors passing on it we decided to Fix and Flip it ourselves. The home needed more work than just some carpet and paint. This home is located in a great area in Phoenix and with mountain views and a pool we knew there was some potential for some great profit on a flip. We bought this home for $295,000 and our rehab budget was over a $100,000.
